So, in all these conditions you are aware that it is you who has to handle lunch while a day long interview is going on as many times you are left in the lurch because the companies have arranged nothing as they were anticipating the interview to be over early but somehow it has extended beyond the lunch time.

Then you have to make sure that you have your lunch as the lunch is important for you. Because if you are not having the proper food and in proper time then it may affect the desired output which you are looking forward to give in the interview. But you need to do certain things.

1. While you are going in the interview for a day long, it is always better you ask the authorities over there about the timing of the interview. As it is the timing of the interview would give you an idea that at what time the interview is going to over.
2. Once you are pretty sure about the interview time, it is better to ask that whether you are the only candidate or some other candidate are also coming for taking the interview.
3. In case the interview session is expected to run into the lunch session it is always better to ask that whether they are having any canteen over there. Because if you are having the canteen over there that means in case the interview exercise prolong you can have the lunch in the canteen.
4. However, in the event of asking the authorities that in case they are having the canteen for lunch. So, if they are arranging the lunch for you they may be telling you that you need not to bother about the lunch as they have planned to provide you the lunch during the interview session.
5. Last but not the least in case they don’t have any canteen nor do they are planning to provide you the lunch in the interview session extending in the interview session than you can always take something to eat at your place.
