Therefore, you can play the role of the coordinator. You can help the group to find a leader who is wise and at the same time resource. How group discussion begins – Group discussion begins by the allotment of the topic to the group and the group is asked to ponder over the topic for 2 – 3 minutes and once the time is over then you can always starts the discussion. You have to remember certain trap laid out by the employer in the group discussion. After collecting good points from the group, you can start speaking substantially by appreciating those members who have pointed out those good point as the leader always encourage right thought of the group to follow by others.
