 L unch interviews are very common. These meetings certainly offer more insights than a traditional office- based interview.  When people eat lunch together, a rather informal tone is set, and it is easier for you to inadvertently let your guard down, and this is when the biggest mistake is made.  Until you have a signed job offer before the lunch begins, you still are being considered for the job.

Everything, every non verbal and verbal action you take work to create an impression with your potential employer, so it is wise to keep a few basic points in mind.

While the selection of food come up and if the selection is told you to make it, than choose that food item, which don’t require the holding of both the hands. So make the food selection to be easy, no both hands to be used. The way you treat the waiter or the way you make him understand your order also tells what kind of person you are.If you hold a bad temperant with the people, so this will show that what kind of attitude you hold generally. So do remain awake that you don’t behave wrongly.
