Otherwise, the interviewer(s) may reduce your said salary package to ten or fifteen percent and than present you, for their company. When the interviewer(s) is interested in raising the money early, in an interview. Than it only mean that the interviewer(s) want from you, a cheap labor for the work, without seeing an interest in your working ability. If interviewer(s) introduce very late in the process, they may be hoping to silence you into a false sense of security and then pull the mat out from your feet when you are than half way committed to their saying. Never try to make your demand of salary package laid down to them first. The interviewer(s) should say the number first, for your salary package, than you put your point. If you don’t find the salary package decided by them inappropriate and if you feel to say ‘no” than directly stand and leave, don’t stay back. While you are handling the tricky question of salary package, you should think rationally, that how much money you require? How much you deserve out of your talent? And so on.
